elaborationsonnature asked: I love your blog, your vintage clothes, gardening, how perfectly down to earth you and your man seem to be. My husband and I live a similar lifestyle, we have a garden and chickens, and a little homestead in the PA woods. I have to say I am so curious about what you are going to name your baby, or just any names that you considered. I am expecting a baby in the spring and am always thinking about names because I haven't picked one yet. Your blog is so real and lovely, thanks for sharing :)
I just got this now! We waited to pick her name until we met her and decided right away on Susannah after my late aunt and Gayle after my grandmother (also my middle name). We think it suits her just right xo
our little lady Susannah Gayle arrived Monday night. Everyone is healthy & happy!

i woke up this weekend and was overtaken by the thought that I wanted to make something to bring our soon to be baby home in. I decided that indigo shibori tie dye was just the thing. it was so fun and gratifying!
